Hannah Porter

Hello! My name is Hannah and I am currently an undergraduate student at an American university. I am a bi-racial Japanese American and have loved Japan since I would visit in the summers as a child. After I began to follow Jesus in college, he burdened my heart for Japan. My plans were not compatible with this calling and it didn't make a lot of sense at the time but he has opened doors that are better than any I had imagined for myself. I will be going to Japan to spend a few years teaching and living with relatives as I continue to discern his plans for my future and see more of his heart. I'm really enjoying the journey so far.
